Quick Reply - JUST by editing a template?

Is it possible to add a quick reply by just editing a template and no other files?

I am looking for a nice quick reply. One that also has the smilies on the side, the one I found on vbulletins.org only has one without smilies.

The only way to add a quick reply would be to use the hack at vbulletin.org - code changes in files are needed.

Yes you can add it with just a template

Thanks alot bonnmac! I am new to "tuning" vBulletin, only done ikonboard, phpBB2 and yabb2 so this is all new to me.
