I like it except for the fact that you are not using an acceptable copyright notice. Right now you are in violation of the licensing agreement. At a minimum the copyright must read:

vBulletin, Copyright ©2000 - 2002, Jelsoft Enterprises Limited.

the design seems sober but clear and effective, which unfortunatly is totally overshadowed by the huge ammount of forums. If you want to make it easier to overview, try merging forums, or at least not display 'm all on the mainpage.

I think it looks very nice, easy on the eyes, but yes the copyright still needs to be fixed
