Cash for Template Design

I posted on here a little while back looking for some help designing my forum. I received a few PM's but didn't get much after that. Maybe because I was looking for free help.

I was curious, what do people usually charge to design a template? Not sure of what exactly goes into setting something like this up though. I don't imagine that it is too difficult for a lot of you guys, but for the HTML/PHP/DHTML/CODE challenged like myself, this can be very difficult and frustrating.

The one format/style that I like a lot is Racing Forums .

As to what people normally charge for a template, from the people that I've talked to, including myself, it can range from as low as $400 to as high as $1000 in some cases.

It is not as easy a job as it seems, as there are lots of things that need to be changed/configured properly for the style to work.

A well-integrated style may need to modify as many as a third of all the vBulletin templates to achieve the desired effect.

it also can determain if you want a graphicly orianted style like

example yaxay.com that would set you back quite abit of money but if you just want some little customizsation here and there it wouldnt cost as much


it all depends on what you want.
