    started a topic copyright laws?

    copyright laws?

hey guys, I'm not sure this is the best place to ask, but worth a shot. I've made some variations on an art photograph, and I'd like to use these for design purposes. The changes are very dramatic and little remains of the original work. Would I be violating copyright to include the modified version? I would certainly credit the original artist.
