  • [vB4] Signature Padding Width & Threadbit Background

    Hi,

    1. how do you remove the padding between the Signature and Postbitfooter?

    2. I have a different background color for normal and sticky thread. problem is, how do i change the color for "Last Post By" into the default? so that the yellow part will only be for the "Title/Thread Starter"

    i'm using v4.1.3 and i'm so new in vbulletin
    Thanks in advance

    Can you please post a link to a thread with this signature padding problem. I am not seeing that on my totally default 4.1.4 site, so I'd like to view the CSS in firebug.

    And a link to your forumdisplay also. I think you need custom CSS to change the last post column to another color.

    Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

    If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

        The padding under your signature is from the 3em here:
        HTML Code:
        .postbit .postrow {
            font: 13px Verdana,Arial,Tahoma,Calibri,Geneva,sans-serif;    padding: 5px 10px 3em;}
        That is hardcoded, so you should be able to just add this to your additional.css template:
        HTML Code:
        .postbit .postrow {padding-bottom: 0;}
        If you want the same background in the last post as you have in the repies/views column, just add the same background via a line in your additional.css template:
        HTML Code:
        .threadbit .threadlastpost {
            background: url("images/gradients/grey-up.png") repeat-x scroll left bottom #F2F6F8;
        }
