I have problems with the profile I get an image up to the defaul style upgrade to the 4.1.0 and nothing solves the problem that I hope will help me thanks greetings.

And solved the problem by giving me a product occasions

Without a link, I can't tell what is up. But, that *looks* like a tab? Perhaps from a modification? Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
