    This is the exact setup from a working forum, running 4.0.7:

    Code:
    <dl class="userinfo_extra">
                        <vb:if condition="$post['joindate']"><dt>{vb:rawphrase join_date}</dt> <dd>{vb:raw post.joindate}</dd></vb:if>
                        <vb:if condition="$post['field2']"><dt>{vb:rawphrase location_perm}</dt> <dd>{vb:raw post.field2}</dd></vb:if>
                        <vb:if condition="$post['age']"><dt>{vb:rawphrase age}</dt> <dd>{vb:raw post.age}</dd></vb:if>
                        <dt>{vb:rawphrase 'posts'}</dt> <dd>{vb:raw post.posts}</dd>
                        <vb:if condition="$post['field10']"><b><dt>Gender</dt></b> <dd>{vb:raw post.field10}</dd></vb:if>
    Change the items in red to match your needs. This works perfectly for the site it was designed for.

    Of course, also adjust the position in the list as you would like.

    You are using VB4, yes? The <b> and </b> works as stated, I just tested it in 4.0.7.

    Your gender display should work, if you have everything else configured correct (phrase and field) - it looks like it's formatted correctly and I have a similar modification, but I don't use a phrase for title.

    As for the avatar centering:

    Edit your Additional CSS template, and add this code: (AdminCP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> Edit Templates -> CSS Templates -> additional.css)

    Code:
    /* center avatar */
    .postbitlegacy .userinfo .postuseravatar, .postbitlegacy .userinfo .postuseravatar img {float:none; text-align:center;}

    Q1: The field5 is correct? You've setup the 'Gender' phrase?
    Q2: <Have to look it up..>
    Q3: Use <b> Test Here </b> Instead.
