[vB4] How to mod Recent Forum posts widget?

How do you modify the ‘Recent Forum Posts’ widget so it shows an attachment image on the left of the text and no user avatar?

I have been using vbAdvanced cms for maybe 4 years on my vbulletin forum and I was hoping that vbSuite would mean that I could now just worry about upgrading and maintaining one piece of software.

After a few weeks of trying to make vbSuite achieve what I currently have I have come to the conclusion I will have to continue with using vbAdvanced with vb4 forum.
