[vB4] Changing category background color?

How do I make it more legible?
I have the PDF document found from the forum , but no help.

I posted the same question and can't get any help.

If you're speaking of the category bars, it's forumhead_background. I killed that at my place and confirmed it. A nice silver or chrome might look good against the colors there.
