It has various add ons from .org (video gallery, arcade, gallery), the official blog add on, a custom style with the images made by various members and more subtle edits to both styles and phrases. I'm nominating it not just because I manage it, but because I've modified practically every image in vBulletin and rewritten the entire FAQ and various other things.
