Space between tables fix?

Hi everyone, this is probably simple, I just can't seem to figure out where to edit this.

In the screenshot below you can see there is a white space of 16px in height. I need to set that to be a 5 px space, I'd even settle for 10 if 5 can't be done. Where in the template can I edit it to shrink that?

Check the navbar template for <br /> tag, if it isn't there, then it might just be space_open/close templates having padding or margin set.

Okay, I see. I went in and looked there and the 2nd nav bar I added last night put a break on top of it. I took that out and it pushed my logo and navbar together with no space (which is fine), but the 2nd spaced area is still 16px high. I can live with that though. Thank you!

To the table of the additional navbar at the top, you can add before the > of that <table> tag .. style="border-top:0px" this way it's just 1 line, not 2.

The navbar is build like this
