How do I change the layout of the users info?

currently, when users post on my forum, their info (join date/location/age/posts) displays in the top right corner of their post (just like on this forum)
What I'd like, is for all their info to display under their name like on this forum:

404 Not Found

This is an option in the Admin CP:

Admin CP -> vBulletion Options -> Style & Language Settings -> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template -> Yes
