Background color of WYSIWYG editor buttons

How do I edit the background color of the WYSIWYG buttons? Not the images themselves, but when you roll over the buttons or select one the BG color changes. I need to change that. Thanks

AdminCP -> "Style Name" -> All Style Options -> Text Editor Control Options

This section is the second box from the bottom of the style options page, given you have no installed anything to otherwise modify this.

From there, you have the option to set the backgrounds and colors.
