The dev team will be releasing the pdf files of all the icons / images with tips on how to change the colors to match your site, probly in the next few days.

I figured it out, its the graphic called menu_background.gif. Find it and just change the color

seems to be don t work , i change the color even i delete it but the image is still there , maybe part of the buttons (user cp , register , calendar... ) ?
