Microsoft Forum appearance

I like the layout of Microsoft's forum, see attached. I think it scores high on usability, familiarity, and compatibility. Can anyone recommend an existing VB style that's similar?

There is no style that looks like this, closest thing is the msn style (it had to renamed for legal reasons, check ova at vb.org)

I hope yours has the Microsoft forum appearance, where it's IMHO very intuitive, easy to use, and still powerful. You might be able to extract a few dollars from my PayPal account!
