  • Banner After The First Post Problems

    I have vBulletin 3.5.0 and I followed the instructions exactly that were given here:

    http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=157022

    And it works great, except when you edit a post, it adds another Sponsored Links box like shown in the attached picture. Is there a conditional statement I can use to correct this?

    Thanks,
    Laine.

    Just incase anyone ever runs into this same problem and wants to fix it, here's how:

    I orginally had this for the condition statement for my ads after the first post:
    HTML Code:
    <if condition="$post[postcount] == 1">
    And I changed it to:
    HTML Code:
    <if condition="$post[postcount] == 1 AND !$GLOBALS['vbulletin']->GPC['ajax']">
    And now it works perfect!

    I believe this will also fix the problem when you have an ad after the last post and use the quick reply option.

    Laine.

      I have the same issue. Thanks for sharing this info!

      BTW. I saw you're using adsense. My question is, are your ads related to your content? Because I don't get relevant ads on my website.

      Regards.
