Stretching the header across the whole width.

I am trying to do it on my local machine here first, cant seem to fix it, I have done it with the Vbulletin default style, do you know how to split the categories apart for the default style?

How do I tile the header across the forum page in VB, like we have done with phpbb http://www.pakpassion.net/ppforumlive I managed to do it once with this skin at http://forums.onesports.net/?styleid=10 but I cant remember, so anyone willing to give me any tips?
