I'm not exactly new to this, but I can't say I'm really all that good either. I've posted this question in about a hundred different places on this site, but I can't ever get a reply.

All I want to know is how do or where do you go to make a home page for your forums like www.idenxtreme.net or www.keyhunt.com . I like them alot, but don't see where to go.

I'm not going to steal the design, but I want to set mine up kind of like it solely by arrangement. I don't like how my homepage is all of my forus and I want to change it to something like these two sites. Please advise, and I nominate them both.
