1) Did you get permissions to use Everaldo's icons? Especially without even a mention in the credits?

2) Did you actually ask the folks over at WebHostingTalk if using their domain on a *.de would be okay? I'm not too sure, but I'm thinking it's trademarked. In any case, it really takes away from the potential, since most everyone in the hosting business knows about WebHostingTalk, and the knock-off factor is pretty big.

1) The copyright marks are on a credits side which has been removed since vB Gamma and the new layout - Until I didn't had the time to remake this site. I asked some month ago and I was allowed to use them.

2) Asked about one year ago and they said that I could go on.

We have been online for 13 months and have a fairly nice sized crowd. Our "Off Topic" forum that we call "Water Fountain" was allowed to be real liberal for so long we had to end up creating a new site to encourage these debaters to carry the polital and religious debates over there. The new site is VB3 RC2 and is rightfully call, the Water Fountain. ( http://www.thewaterfountain.com )
