Adding your friends on help list.

I've added two of my friends to the Access list, so they will be able to download things from Vbulletintemplates.com, they have registered and tried to download things, but it won't let them. Why? Any help?

Yes, they used the same email address I put on the list.
Yes, I am aware of the list being case sensitive.
