1. What template would I edit to add links to the right side of my thread titles? Like on wluke (sitepoints) web site?

2. Why are the colors around my check/dot boxes only 2 different colors? I can change the two, but they get messed up here and there. How do I make them ALL like transparent like in the older versions of vB?

1. forumhome_forumbit_levelX_post and forumdisplay_forumbit_levelX_post where X = the level of subcategory in the forum is.

2. Edit the headinclude template and remove the background-color attribute from the CSS for form elements.

it doesn't have any background attribute and there's still the problem.

Revert your headinclude template. That was changed two or three versions ago. (e.g. FORM { no longer exists in the standard headinclude).
