    I have not solved it yet, I only have Italian installed from version 3.5.4.

    The vBulletin error message before refusing to install the pack is about an "XML tag mismatch", but nothing looks mismatched to me.

    I did convert to UTF-8, as I have 6 languages on my site, and codepage ISO8859-1 cannot deal with that. I only find UTF-8 to be reliable.

    <language name="Italiano (Staff vBItalia)" vbversion="3.6.0" product="vbulletin" type="custom">

    </settings>
    You have resolved your problem? Hello
