  • Changing Graphics Folder

I have used the German translation for quite some time. It put the buttons in the forums folder in a folder called "images_de". I want to move that into a folder under images.

I found where you can specify a graphic folder override and have tried that every way I can think of as a path under "forums" with a leading "/", without one and every combination possible prom "public_html" on down

I kept a second window loaded with one of the German variations and kept refreshing. Nothing worked

ANy ideas? I am using 3.6
    Thanks in advance

You need to use a either a relitive web url or a fully quailified url

    http://www.domain.com/forums/images_de
    or
    ../images_de

      Thanks for the quick reply!
I was trying to move it down the tree a bit but nothing worked
I am trying to move them from the forum root to

      /public_html/forums/images/language/german

      but nothing is working
      not "../images/language/german"
      nor http://grunwalds.com/forums/images/language/german

The pics simply are not there unless I keep them in theforum root in a folder called "images_de"

      Thanks again for trying

Well the public_html/etc/etc/ is a full local path on the system. The language image directory needs a url accessable path.

Right - I was just saying that I tried EVERYTHING I could think of backing out the public_html, backing out the leading "/" backing out "forums" etc
